First sale!

It's been a very super duper whopper busy 2 weeks at work!

But it's all paid off. Thanks to His favor and grace, I sold my first unit in Crown Group. The lovely old Australian couple bought a 2 bedroom + study apartment from me!

One client didn't go ahead with the purchase (2 bedroom unit) and I was initially very disappointed.

Sales is not my main job description but my Boss has been nice to let me sell along the way. And why not.. After all it's a good chance to earn some extra pocket money 😏

So after my first client decided not to buy anymore. God provided me with another open door to attend to this walk in couple. And within 15 minutes, they decided to buy it!!

And the apartment they selected is more expensive than the first client. By almost 100k! PTL!

God is indeed gracious and real. So, whenever a door is shut, keep knocking and another shall be opened!!

iPhone is really so convenient. Makes our life so much simpler and accessible on the go.

Well, winter is coming!! Winter is a very dull and cold season that makes one easily lazy and melancholic.

Everyday is averaging 11-15 degrees. Makes me love to stand in any pathway that has the sunlight. One thing good though is the experience to wear winter coats and boots!!

Maybe I'll plan for a skiing trip this July. See snow! Never seen before and we want to plan while it's just the two of us still!
